Album Life Cycle – From Inception to Expiry

Every album on BuyPhoto.shop follows a clear and structured life cycle, giving photographers complete control while maintaining system efficiency. Here’s a step-by-step overview:

1. Creation

The album journey begins when a photographer places an order, specifying the album’s title, duration (lifespan), and storage capacity.

2. Payment

Once the order is placed, complete the payment to activate the album. This unlocks the ability to begin uploading photos.

3. Upload Photos

Upload the finalized, client-ready images to the album. Ensure the total size stays within the limits defined during album creation.

4. Sharing

Generate secure links to share with clients. These links allow clients to preview the images and place orders as needed.

6. Deletion

At the end of its lifespan, the album and all related content, including photos, links, groups, and orders are permanently deleted. Any unused download credits are also forfeited

Photographer can delete an album before it reaches its end of life.

Pro Tip: Always remind your clients to download their photos before the album expires to avoid losing access.
